Annette Gustafsson Guenther, Principal Attorney and founder of Law Offices A.E. Gustafsson and SkyBridge Resource Center, has more than thirty years of experience advising Swedish companies in the U.S. context. With deep knowledge of corporate, employment, and immigration law, and a professional life spanning both Sweden and the United States, she offers a unique transatlantic perspective on how to establish, grow, and manage U.S. based operations while minimising legal and operational risk.
