As a mentor you will contribute with guidance and coaching regarding the mentee's career goals and share your network with the mentee.

Since the SACC San Diego Mentorship Program focuses on leadership skills it is preferred that participant mentors possess leadership skills. It is also important that the mentor have the time to see the mentee on regular basis. One-on-one meetings are encouraged to take place twice every month, offering opportunities for in-depth discussions while creating a strong personal bond.
