TURKEY APPROVES SWEDEN'S NATO APPLICATION

Turkey says yes to Sweden's NATO application
"Turkey has approved Sweden's NATO application", said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at a press conference. This will make Sweden the 32nd member of NATO. The decision was made after a prolonged meeting between Sweden's Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson and Turkey's President Erdogan in Vilnius. As part of this agreement, Turkey has demanded that the EU resume negotiations regarding its membership in the union, and Sweden has agreed to support this request. |

On Sunday, April 30th, SACC San Diego invites you to join us for our annual Valborg celebration. Valborg, also known as Walpurgis Night, is a cherished Swedish tradition that takes place each year on April 30th, welcoming the arrival of spring and marking the end of a long, dark winter season.
This year's festivities will take place on Vacation Isle, starting at 3pm. The event is free of charge, so come and enjoy a bonfire, games and a choir performance!
