Mentee Application

To be a part of the Mentorship Program Spring 2012 please download the application form below, fill in all the blanks and send it to SACC San Diego at operations@sacc-sandiego.org no later than February 15, 2012. After this date all the applications will be processed and we will let you know as soon as possible if you are chosen to be a part of the Program.
