Three tenets about how to become more powerful and Influent
Tenets 1. Leverage your Ego and connect to your Personal Power.
Your ego is the driving force that creates movement to enhance development and supply you with energy to implement your life plans. Once you know what your motivations are, you can dispose of your resources and focus on what really matters. We understand the driving forces as our 'ego' and often judge it to be 'wrong’, ugly, immoral', etc, etc. No driving force is more right/wrong, good /bad. We always try to express the key driving force, our ego, even when we are unaware of their existence. When we push away our ego will conflict, frustration, fear and other negative emotional states. There are no ‘wrong’ driving forces to be erased. There are only negative feelings and behaviors that occur because the ego is not used in a context where they belong. For example ‘Dominance’ is a common driving force among leaders because if it did not exist, the motivation to become a ‘leader' wouldn’t be there.

When you create a partnership with your ego many fears holding you back disappear and the ego becomes the power source for your intentions.  It is about to find new and accept your hidden characteristics and once and for all break your relationship with the trio Jante, Murphy and Luther. When embrace your ego a relief emerges because you will find an outlet for your needs that previously has been hidden or perhaps even denied.

Tenets 2.  Indentify your Intentions and release your Passions.
The Intentions is your compass and your future magnet that keeps you on track. Every person on this planet is born with a special desire, and no one else can tell us what that desire is or why it is special to us. Passion exists inside us, and we can never ever find it outside ourselves. The power of passion lies in the interaction of intention and action. An intention is an unconditional decision about a direction that lasts just as long as the passion is there. This means that Passion is always in motion and the object for the passion is always changing.

When you live from our passion, you have a strong connection to your own deepest desires. If you seriously look at your real motives, actions, feelings, dreams, and intentions, you can find your strength, be in charge, master your passion, and use it for creation. When you approach what you want with the right feeling, you will be met with synchronicity and everything going in the right way. Passion is to coexist with everything no matter who you are or what you are doing.

When taking action on an intention, it will release itself and you will feel the passion. Action coming from passion is only associated with joy. If you just have a great ambition for your intention but do not take action, you become frustrated. When you find our passion, you can enjoy all the beautiful material things that the world is offering you. When you let everything you have learned flow out into an expression of passionate living, your businesses, projects, and activities will become and remain successful.

Tenets 3. Create your six Life Project and realize your visions and goals.
Your Life Projects is your unique and physical expression of your intentions. Your Life Projects is where you combine your passion with the everyday life. It is through your life project your potential become a tangible physical manifestation. Your Life Projects allow you to get what you want of a career or business because you know that it contributes to something that is good for others.

For you who are a creative person or an entrepreneur I have some extra good news. As a creative person you often are walking around in frustration because you have so many ideas and do not know where to start. You are also frustrated because you think you should just focus at one single project. The good news is that the LifeSpider System™ shows how you are supposed to focusing in diversity. When your six different Life Project is pronounced, you can formulate an action plan that really is working. Your Life Projects will bring you and your business to the next level.

All life projects do not necessarily mean that you have to complete it during your own lifetime. A good example is Leonardo Da Vinci who invented the helicopter but it took 500 years before it become real. With that setting you are off with stress and frustration. Partly because you realize that you do not have to make everything right now, and partly because you can feel a great satisfaction in your sub-projects as long as they are in 'right direction'.

When you design your activities from your authentic and genuine self you reach new levels of awareness about your personal power and you become a better version of yourself.

Powerful question to ask yourself to reconnect you to your passion.
1.         What have others told you about who you are or are not?
2.         Do you know when you acting on adrenaline or passion?
3.         What would you do if you focused on passion instead of goals?
4.         Have you give away your dreams to become accepted?
5.         How proud are you of the accomplishments you have made?
