California Dreaming Exchange (CDE) is built on dreams. Dreams to enrich people’s lives, which will in turn change the world. We believe that when CDE participants work or study abroad, the experience will not only have a positive impact on them but also everyone they come in contact with. CDE have found that the experiential learning involved in studying or working abroad helps people appreciate other ways of life and consequently improves their own.

CDE are a not for profit organization and pride ourselves in offering the most reasonable program costs possible to all CDE applicants. Only a limited number of applicants will be accepted each year to ensure all CDE participants get the excellent and personalized service they deserve.

CDE is committed to helping people develop the international knowledge and understanding needed to conquer stereotypical, fear based thinking. We promote a more peaceful and educated world.
