
Magnus Gunnarsson

Industry/Expertise: Wireless Infrastructure, Telemedicine, Entrepreneurship.
Background: Strategy work in consultancy and line positions before taking on Product Marketing/Management roles at Ericsson in Sweden. Arrived to San Diego in early 2001 as part of the Ericsson expansion of the CDMA Business Unit here in Sorrento Valley. Since 2005 Magnus has been working with smaller startup companies in the Bay Area, Europe as well as in San Diego, and is presently active in software based Telemedicine solutions.
Education: MBA in Finance and Strategy from University of Oregon.
Key interests: Enjoys downhill skiing and mountain biking.

Industry/Expertise: Legal services, Life science, Early-stage and venture backed companies.
Background: Came to San Diego in 1999 working as a scientist. After attending law school and clerking for a federal judge in San Diego, Mattias has been advising clients in the life science industry and also been counseling corporate clients.
Education: BS in micro biology from Lund University, MS in molecular biology from the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, PhD in molecular biology obtained at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory and J.D. summa cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego.
Key interests: Cooking and collecting wine, occasionally engages in primitive gardening activities using a golf club.

Tina Lindgren

Industry/Expertise: Marketing, Building Industry.
Background: Tina has lived in California since 1996, and currently resides in the Pacific Beach area. Tina is a marketing and business development professional with X-nth, a consulting firm providing integrated services to the building industry. Tina served as Junior Chamber Marketing Manager for SACC San Diego in 2004.
Education: BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University.
Key interests: On her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities such as running and hiking.

Arabella (Carey) Adolfsson
Role at SACC: Director
Industry/Expertise:CEO, Diagnostic and Defense Technology Analysts (DTA) Director, WITI San Diego Regional Network
Background: Diagnostic and Defense Technology Analysts, Inc is a small firm that specializes in the commercialization of advanced technologies in defense and innovative manufacturing processes in the medical diagnostic industry. Carey is a co-founder of the San Diego WITI network and has served as Director and member of the Leadership Council for a decade. Carey initially began in the Homeland Security sector as the first Program Administrator for the Center for the Commercialization of Advanced Technology (CCAT) in San Diego and San Bernardino. Providing award winning community service throughout her career, Carey has served on numerous non-profit advisory boards. She co-founded the East Kern County Hispanic Advisory Council, which provided scholarships for Hispanic students.
Education: Carey graduated from the University of Redlands with a BS in Business Administration. Carey attended school in Guadalajara, Mexico (School of Psychology) and Rambouillet, France, (French Studies) and graduated from the Global BioExecutive Program at the Haas School of Management at UC Berkeley.
Key interests: She enjoys deep- sea fishing. Carey counts herself lucky as the wife to Stefan Adolfsson and the mother of two wonderful adults - Charles and Dominique, ages 29 and 27.

Patrik Lundqvist

Industry/Expertise: Wireless Technologies, Product Management, Intrapreneurship.
Background: Worked at Ericsson in areas ranging from Radio Access Research, Global Standardization to Product Management at sites starting in Sweden 1989, Dallas 1994, Research Triangle Park 1998, and then San Diego 2000. Joined Qualcomm in 2006 in the office of the Chief Scientist working on taking new ideas from concept to technology transfer through rapid prototyping.
Education: MBA from Duke in North Carolina and MSEE from Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.
Key interests: Enjoys variety of outdoor activities from hiking, diving, to skiing.

Nina Leinvall
Role at SACC: Director, Financial responsible - Treasurer
Industry/Expertise: Business Controlling, Accounting
Background: Started her career as an accountant at Lyckeby Group. Lyckeby Group is one of the world’s leading developer of starch for food and paper industry. Handled the tasks of preparing and analyzing financial reports. Moved on to AAK Sweden AB which is an international company that refines vegetable oils to speciality products, primarily in food, cosmetics and chocolate industry. Started as a Trader at the Raw Material department and then switched to Business Controlling with responsibility for monthly reporting and analysis of production. Collaborated also with the Budget, forecasting and variance analysis.
Education: BS in Business and Management and Business Certificate from San Diego State University
Key interests: Enjoys the outdoors, hiking, running, skiing

Martin Rockström

Industry/Expertise: Cleantech
Background: Martin is the Principal and Founder of Le Rockstar Creative Agency, offering a wide range of branding and marketing services. He is also working as a Business development consultant in marketing, international technology transfer, technology fund-raising and strategic partnerships.
Education: B.Sc in Marketing from Stockholm University, and Marketing Certificate from UCSD. Moreover, Martin has a diploma in French from the Université Catholique de Lyon.

Paul Ragnvaldsson
Role at SACC: Director of Membership and Internship
Industry/Expertise: Real Estate & Investment, Marketing and Public Relations.
Background: Paul got his professional start in marketing, engaged by Swedish icons IKEA and Saab. But he soon found his calling in Real Estate, where he takes great personal satisfaction in finding the perfect home or the perfect new location for families and businesses as they grow and thrive.
Education: Degree of Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics, Umeå University, School of Business and Economics, '99-'04, University Diploma in Social Science with a major in Political Science, Umeå University, '01-'02
Key interests: Paul enjoys keeping current with local and global events particularly in technology, sports, and politics. He prefers spending free time with his wife and daughter and keeps busy maintaining their properties, traveling, and seeking out new food & wine experiences.
